Course Description:

This course will provide participants who have a basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook with the necessary skills to use some of the applications’ more advanced features. The learner will be given instruction in how to effectively manage and organise email, schedule meetings with colleagues, manage contact information and create tasks requests for others to perform.

This course is designed for participants who have the desire to learn the more advanced aspects of Microsoft Outlook 2007. Experience in the use of a personal computer and the use of a keyboard and mouse in Microsoft Windows is essential.

Methodology:

This course is delivered in a classroom style learning environment. All work is hands on and participants will work through interesting examples and scenarios as part of their learning process.
