This course will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and confidence to search the web for information using Explorer. The learner will also acquire the skills to create, send, receive, organise and locate their email messages |

This course is designed for participants who have little or no knowledge regarding searching the internet and communicating via emails. It is preferable that participants have a basic understanding in the operation of a personal computer |
Methodology: |
This course is delivered in a classroom style learning environment. All work is hands on and participants will work through interesting examples and scenarios as part of their learning process. |
