Social Responsibility - STEER Mentoring Program
Pacifc Personnel Australia also offers a voluntary Mentoring Program known as ‘STEER’ for disadvantaged youth in the inner Melbourne area.
Each year we provide assistance to two local youths who may require guidance in areas that will assist in their long term career prospects. Local youth are recommended to the Program by various local organisations including community groups, schools and clients, and by young people nominating themselves.
