Over the past 10 years Pacific Personnel Australia, (PPA), has managed to develop a strong reputation throughout the industry, and this has been built on the back of offering personalised and quality service. Specialising in both permanent recruitment and temporary staffing, PPA has enhanced its core service by following a familiar and methodical process, which allows our experienced consultants to continually receive outstanding results every time. PPA’s core values are engrained in our staff, and have been formed on the basis of the Managing Director’s, Cheryle Landolina, desire to deliver a personalised and quality service. This in turn has led to PPA developing many lasting relationships throughout the wider community, and thus we are proud of our strong retention rate with our clients.

Initially formed in 2002, PPA has experienced considerable growth over recent times, whereby the workforce has increased by over 200% in the past 18 months, as the business continues to grow its clientele list. Although having experienced this considerable growth over recent times, PPA has not wavered from its core vision of offering its friendly personalised service, whilst also taking the time to continually develop a strong understanding of our clients objectives. This notion is further highlighted by the quality employees that we attract to our workplace. Individuals with a strong set of communication and people skills, as well as being highly driven and passionate about their careers, are the main values that we look for in employees. This approach has not only allowed us to attract a wide range of experienced staff, but also obtain outstanding graduates who exhibit such values.

At PPA we are proud of our history as well as the strong set of values that is present throughout the business. We also recently became a member of the NPA, the Worldwide Recruiting Network, as well as being actively involved in the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA), and both of these affiliations has further strengthened our standing in the recruitment sector.
